Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed set monthly targets for Revenue & Membership growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients and potential clients.
- Promote talent development and client engagement through administrative support.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Organizational Psychology, or HR-related field required.
- At least 1 year of professional experience.
