Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed set monthly targets for Revenue & Membership growth.
• Conduct regular field visits to clients and potential clients.
• Promote talent development and client engagement through administrative support.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Organizational Psychology, or HR-related field required.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.
