Key Responsibilities:
- Drive GA product sales through lead generation, prospecting, sales conversion, cross-selling, and retention of existing clients.
- Provide guidance to policyholders, claimants, and beneficiaries in complying with claims settlement requirements.
- Train bank staff on insurance knowledge, incentivize campaigns, and conduct customer visits and presentations to grow the sales portfolio.
- Collaborate with insurance partners to develop and track sales incentive programs to encourage productive sales behaviors.
- Manage client renewals, including preparing renewal notices and coordinating amendments with insurers.
- Review daily trackers and ensure sales performance meets targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- A Certificate in Insurance is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
- Confidence with a strong sales acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
