Responsibilities:
- Facilitate documentation for international staff, officials, and dependents.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to expedite IOM staff and dependent visa applications.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents for incoming official shipments.
- Arrange airport passes for IOM operations staff and officials.
- Liaise with government agencies and embassies for local licenses for international staff.
- Process temporary and annual airport passes for eligible IOM staff members.
- Manage document e-filing and support the HR Unit with professional staff records.
- Provide driving support to the Chief of Mission for meetings and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
- University degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field with two years of relevant experience, OR
- High School diploma with four years of relevant experience.
- Valid national driver’s license.
Experience:
- Multicultural organization experience is advantageous.
- Experience handling confidential matters.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
Languages:
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is required. Proficiency in other IOM official languages (French and Spanish) is advantageous.
