Job details:
Barclays Bank of Uganda Limited has exceptional and exciting opportunities for suitably qualified professionals to join the Retail department in Uganda to provide support to the in country growing branch network.

Position: 30 Lead generators.

Location: Different parts of the country.

Job purpose
To achieve agreed sales targets in line with the business objectives through pro-active selling of the bank’s Retail and Business banking assets, liabilities and credit card products.

Key areas of responsibility will include

• Deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross selling of bank’s consumer lending products.
• Participate in sales campaigns to meet specific targets.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times when dealing with both external and internal customers.

Competencies required undertaking the role

• Good oral communication.
•  Good selling/influencing kills.
• Presentation skills.
•  Listening skills.
•  Networking skills.
• Computer skills.

Experience and Qualification

• Product sales experience.
•  Minimum of a Diploma
