Role Summary

The Account Manager for NBS Sport will identify sales opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Prospecting: Conduct market research to discover potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Utilize strategies such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach to generate leads.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Customer Engagement: Foster and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiation: Finalize terms of sales agreements, including pricing and delivery.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Regularly prepare sales performance reports for management.
• Product Expertise: Stay updated on company products and services, effectively communicating their value to clients.
• Post-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction by providing necessary support and addressing any concerns after the sale.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the media or advertising sector.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge or passion for sports is a plus.
