Job Summary

The Client Relations Officer will act as the first point of contact for UNOC’s Head Office visitors by coordinating front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome all external visitors to the Head Office and facilitate their meetings with relevant UNOC officers.
  • Coordinate and relay messages from visitors to the appropriate officers and arrange follow-up meetings if necessary.
  • Facilitate external communication by routing calls and relaying necessary information to UNOC staff.
  • Provide visitors with relevant information such as company address, directions, website, and other details.
  • Maintain a clean and safe reception area aligned with UNOC’s brand guidelines.
  • Facilitate basic office safety measures for visitors.
  • Receive and distribute mail to respective offices and ensure timely follow-up on correspondence.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints raised by stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate internal meetings and support travel arrangements, including air tickets and hotel bookings.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Administration, Office and Information Management, Business Administration, Secretarial & Administrative Studies, or any humanities-related field.

Experience:

  • 0–3 years of relevant working experience.

Character and Competencies:

  • Office management and multitasking skills.
  • Verbal and written communication proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of office systems and MS Office (Word and Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of brand and image management.
