Position: Network Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee supervision and contract governance with TowerCo and other passive partners.
  • Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of passive assets.
  • Review passive outages and ensure closures for RNA improvements.
  • Manage and implement RNA improvement initiatives.
  • Reconcile and report on TowerCo & MS passive bills.
  • Drive implementation and tracking of WOW initiatives.
  • Manage fuel and grid reporting.
  • Handle passive assets inventory management.
  • Oversee OPEX and Passive CAPEX management.
  • Identify process gaps and propose recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan, mobilize, and monitor passive projects from initiation to closure.
  • Ensure quality assurance for passive projects and manage readiness for integration (RFI).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Professional certifications are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to guide and transfer knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
