Position: Network Infrastructure Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supervision and contract governance with TowerCo and other passive partners.
- Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of passive assets.
- Review passive outages and ensure closures for RNA improvements.
- Manage and implement RNA improvement initiatives.
- Reconcile and report on TowerCo & MS passive bills.
- Drive implementation and tracking of WOW initiatives.
- Manage fuel and grid reporting.
- Handle passive assets inventory management.
- Oversee OPEX and Passive CAPEX management.
- Identify process gaps and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Plan, mobilize, and monitor passive projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure quality assurance for passive projects and manage readiness for integration (RFI).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Strong creativity and resourcefulness.
- Ability to guide and transfer knowledge effectively.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
