Position: Corporate Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and grow a client base within the corporate segment by identifying new market and business opportunities.
- Maintain top-tier customer service and retention through regular visits and effective objection handling.
- Build trust-based relationships with major clients to prevent churn and foster loyalty.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets by engaging potential customers to demonstrate products and expand market reach.
- Negotiate variations in price, delivery, and specifications with decision-makers.
- Understand and fulfill key customer needs, proposing tailored solutions to achieve their objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Certification in CCNA is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presenting simplified findings.
- Self-motivated, multi-tasking individual who can work independently.
- Resilient under pressure with a performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent command of English and strong driving skills.
