Job Title: Procurement & Administrations Officer

Job Summary:
The Procurement & Administrations Officer supports the Head of Finance and Administration in all procurement and administrative processes, adhering strictly to policies and regulations. Responsibilities include budgeted procurement tracking, vendor management, specification and solicitation preparation, and vendor payment coordination.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate procurement strategies and compile a master procurement list.
- Prepare tender documents, oversee the tendering process, and submit for approval.
- Maintain specifications, manage samples, and ensure quality standards.
- Evaluate bids, facilitate tender/procurement committee evaluations, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Execute procurement decisions, manage records, and uphold procurement regulations.
- Conduct monthly stock-takes and coordinate maintenance of bank equipment.
- Provide operational support for property-related projects and ensure seamless branch operations.
Key Attributes:
- Skilled in tender negotiations, contract management, and prioritization under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Proactive with problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deadline management abilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supplies Management or a related field.
- Membership in the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supplies or an equivalent body.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputable organization.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Experience: 3 years
