Job Overview:
The Branch Coordinators will be responsible for growing the portfolio of the branch on a month-to-month basis while maintaining high portfolio quality. This will be achieved through effective leadership, a motivated team, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The focus will be on Civil Servant Loans and Logbook Finance Loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Growth & Quality: Develop and implement strategies to achieve portfolio quality targets.
- Business Development: Create and execute marketing plans and sales strategies to meet individual, team, and branch sales targets and expand the client base.
- Team Recruitment & Management: Oversee recruitment and manage the sales team to meet set targets.
- Staff Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain staff.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s customer service charter.
- Loan Processing & Documentation: Chair loan committees, ensure loan documentation is complete, and lending processes are followed.
- Training & Coaching: Recruit, onboard, train, and coach new and existing staff to grow and maintain a high-quality portfolio.
- Performance Management: Engage in performance appraisals, remediation plans, and action documentation to ensure continuous improvement of all branch staff.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Experience: A minimum of 24 months (2 years) in a similar role.
Work Hours:
8 hours per day
