Nile Breweries Limited is the leading beer manufacturer in Uganda.
Key Outputs and Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales and volume targets/sell-out
- Driving market share in a given territory
- Compiling daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and submitting them to management
- Maintaining good relationships with customers and consumers through customer service
- Driving consumer and retail promotions as per promo plan and compiling promo evaluations with clear Return on Investment (ROI)
- Safeguarding all company assets in the trade, including coolers, brand houses, signages, and phones
- Promoting digital transformation
Profile:
- Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related field
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
- Analytical skills: using data-driven analysis to evaluate own performance and take ownership of opportunity pipelines
- Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage
