JMS is a church-founded, private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing value-adding health solutions to accredited health units and other stakeholders. The organization is currently hiring qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:
1. Head of Operations – Gulu Branch
Directorate: Operations
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Provide branch oversight and enhance the market presence of JMS products.
- Implement strategies to ensure smooth operations by managing human resources, stock, and fleet.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in operations management.

2. Customer Relations Assistant – Gulu Branch
Directorate: Customer Services
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Manage customer orders and respond to inquiries in line with JMS policies.
- Supervise the pharmacist as needed.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Customer Service or related field.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.

3. Procurement Officer – JMS Headquarters

- Procure goods/services and manage procurement processes efficiently and transparently.
