Role Summary

The Sales & Marketing Administrator will provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, manage schedules, coordinate marketing campaigns, handle customer inquiries, and maintain customer databases. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting To

Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Prepare and distribute sales and marketing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer information and sales data.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and print advertising.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Track sales orders and ensure they are processed and fulfilled accurately.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as venue booking, transportation, and accommodation.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Analyze competitors and provide insights to the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing/Statistics, BBA Marketing option, or any other business-related course.
  • Two years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Administrator or similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
