Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Technician at Coseke Uganda Limited. The Hardware Technician will be responsible for hardware installation, hardware support, troubleshooting, printer support, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Installation: Install and configure hardware components, ensuring optimal performance.
• Hardware Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for hardware systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues effectively and efficiently.
• Printer Support: Maintain and support printers, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to end-users, addressing any hardware-related inquiries or issues.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience

• Diploma: In Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Required Skills

• Hardware Installation and Support: Proficient in installing and supporting hardware systems.
• Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Networking and Servers: Knowledge of networking and server management.
• Printer Support: Experience in maintaining and supporting printers.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
• Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Communication: Good communication skills.
