Job Description: The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will lead the design, implementation, and operation of M&E systems from project initiation to closeout. They will oversee the monitoring, evaluation, analytics, and reporting of performance and results, providing regular project reports.
Qualifications / Training and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E in development projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, 8 hours per day.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum of 84 months (7 years).
Level of Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
