Job Description:

The Finance Associate for the 10X program will play a vital role in managing project funds dedicated to fostering the growth of MSMEs through the Digital Economy over the course of the 3-year project. You will collaborate with the consortium and the Mastercard Foundation to oversee the disbursement and accountability functions of the funds. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating with the consortium, ESOs, and SMEs/startups participating in the 10X initiative, ensuring efficient disbursements, financial planning, reporting, and other accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project funds and ensure efficient disbursement to MSMEs through the Digital Economy.
• Collaborate with the consortium and the Mastercard Foundation to oversee fund disbursement and accountability functions.
• Coordinate with ESOs and SMEs/startups participating in the 10X initiative.
• Ensure accurate financial planning, reporting, and other accounting activities.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
