Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Credit Officers (Graduate Trainees). This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the microfinance sector. As a Credit Officer, you will be responsible for assessing credit applications, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit applications and conduct thorough credit analysis.
- Manage and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor and report on credit performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Graduation year must be between 2020 to the present.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
