Role Purpose: The role holder will analyze Retail Life premium and policy statuses on a daily basis and ensure that the portfolio is retained within the expected persistency levels through timely client engagement. The role holder will also be required to analyze all policy exit requests with a view of retaining the client before the request is executed.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide excellent customer service experience and satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Achieve high policyholder satisfaction and retention rates.
• Conduct effective policy servicing and administration.
• Successfully implement retention strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain well-documented and up-to-date policyholder records.

Key Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for identifying and resolving customer issues.
• Ability to listen attentively to customers and understand their needs.
• Flexibility to handle various customer situations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Thoroughness in maintaining accurate customer records and analyzing information.
• Ability to understand and empathize with customers’ concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or any other related course.
• A Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
• Familiarity with insurance or financial products and services is advantageous.
