Job Summary:
The Relationship Officer – Community Banking will report to the Relationship Manager and will be responsible for client recruitment and credit assessment by visiting prospective clients’ homes and businesses.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing the Group / Community lending product
- Client sensitization and training
- Preparation of credit applications for credit committees
- Loan disbursement and recovery according to policy
- Proper filing of all Group / community Lending documentation
- Contribution to branch performance by achieving set targets
- Any other duties as directed
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 2 Principal passes at A’ Level
- Credit and/or Pass in English and Mathematics at O’ level
- Willingness to work anywhere in Pride’s operational areas
- Computer literate, motivated, and innovative
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Leadership skills and integrity
- Fluent in commonly used local languages
- Age not more than 40 years
