Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Kampala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to various customers. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers to drive sales.
- Manage and execute the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the market and current products to recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Regularly meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, particularly in FMCG or the paper industry.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
