Nurse Manager

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma in Nursing/midwifery from a recognized institution
- Full registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council
- Valid Annual practicing license
- Minimum of five (5) years of working experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory position in a reputable health institution
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draw, implement, and monitor quality improvement strategies in nursing
- Lead, motivate, and support staff, fostering teamwork for good clinical care
- Allocate and monitor duty coverage of nurses and midwives to ensure timely and client-centered care
- Supervise day-to-day client-centered nursing care provision
- Participate in budgeting, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of nursing/midwifery services
- Submit a handwritten application, academic documents, and CV to the CEO, Mount Elgon Hospital by the deadline.
