Position Details
Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a degree in Human Resources.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Knowledge of employee legislation.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- A Labour Relations certificate will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions and manage employment processes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Communicate with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Oversee the health and safety of all employees.
