Job Purpose: The Senior Manager – E-Banking will drive the acquisition, onboarding, and utilization of the Mobile & Internet Banking channel. They will ensure stable and effective service delivery on electronic channels, collect and consolidate E-Banking performance reports, and scope the market for solutions to inform product expansion and evolution of the channel.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Develop and oversee the execution of a smart customer onboarding process to drive uptake of Digital Banking Channels.
2. Ensure stable and effective service delivery on electronic channels to maintain at least 90% uptime for a better customer experience.
3. Collect & consolidate E-Banking performance reports to track actualization against set out business parameters.
4. Scope the market for solutions to inform product expansion and evolution of the channel.
5. Develop Electronic Banking services handbooks and maintain a training schedule regarding digital Banking services.
6. Originate proposals and recommendations to develop/structure E-Banking functionalities to meet current & future customer needs.
7. Conduct periodic product reviews in alignment with market demand to support different segment needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Business-related field.
• Added Advantage Training in Digital Finance.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a Managerial Role in a digital solutions environment.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Computer proficiency, especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Innovative, creative thinking, with a logical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lead and work under minimum supervision.
• Great attention to detail.
