  • Excellent written acnd verbal communication skills.

Job Title: Plantation/Factory GMTE (15 positions)

• Qualification and Requirements:
  • University degree or above.
  • Fresh graduates, under 25 years old, CGPA > 3.5.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work outside Kampala.
  • Willingness to take on Plantation/Factory accommodation and meals.

Job Title: Drivers (2 positions)

• Qualification and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or above.
  • Under 45 years old.
  • At least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to travel for longer hours and work outside Kampala.

  • At least UCE Certificate.

• Qualification and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • A valid certificate from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
  • Willingness to work outside Kampala.
  • Willingness to take on Plantation/Factory accommodation and meals.
