Job Title: Stock Controllers

Job Purpose: We are seeking stock controllers to join our Retail Department team. We need individuals who are resourceful, organized, and proactive in completing tasks. As stock controllers, your primary responsibility will be to support the retail function in achieving objectives and key results. This role entails close collaboration with sales and warehouse teams to manage stock effectively while contributing to overall business objectives.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive sales stock, allocate stock for sale, and conduct stock reconciliation with high accuracy. Perform weekly stock audits for assigned outlets.
- Sales Support: Assist in stock-related sales efforts, support upgrade customers, and manage aged stock.
- Reverse Logistics: Consolidate, track, and return stock to the warehouse following set procedures. Complete required documentation and system input.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot device issues, manage device repairs, and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Shop Aesthetics: Maintain depot cleanliness and ensure marketing materials are in good condition and visible.
- Reporting: Provide daily reports on stock transactions and maintain records for reference and personal audits.
Experience/ Skills & Competencies/ Licenses & Certifications/ Education Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or inventory management, preferably in a phone-selling company.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot phone-related issues.
- Front-office management experience is advantageous.
- Computer literate with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
- College diploma or degree in any field.
