Job Title: Sales and Inventory Officer

Responsibilities:

• Accurate inventory management, including smartphones, and accessories.
• Conducting regular stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Tracking sales performance and analyzing trends.
• Providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in product selection, and addressing inquiries.
• Generating insightful inventory analysis and reports.
• Collaborating with other departments for pricing strategies and operational issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in either accounting or business administration.
• Detail-oriented individual with a knack for managing stock.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work extra hours as required.
