Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Officer to join our team. As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for managing our system updates, order/dispatch lists, resolving dispatch issues, and supporting stock-taking activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive deliveries from suppliers using our Systems.
  • Process orders, including shipping on the Systems and Trackers.
  • Resolve dispatch queries from the field.
  • Conduct monthly stock-take cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate order replenishments when necessary.
  • Ensure proper adherence to procedures in reverse logistics processes.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Warehouse Management, Procurement, or Logistics.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar warehouse position.
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for effective data management and analysis.
