Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical, bio-chemical, biotechnology, science technology-biology, chemistry, or any relevant field for the food industry.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the food industry, with expertise in ISO implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager & QA supervisor in providing leadership and strategy aligned with company strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and approve integrated management system policies and procedures under the QA supervisor’s guidance.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance.
• Evaluate the adequacy of quality and food safety standards under the supervision of the QA supervisor.
• Implement integrated management systems covering QMS and FSMS standards.
• Plan, develop, and execute internal training programs for the department in collaboration with the QA supervisor.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor in reviewing the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues under the guidance of the QA supervisor.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data, analyzing it to identify areas for improvement in the quality assurance system.
• Prepare reports to communicate the outcomes of quality assurance activities.
• Support on-site audits conducted by external/third-party auditors, evaluate audit findings, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health safety and environmental regulatory requirements, in collaboration with the QA supervisor/HSE officer.
• Manage and maintain databases and documents for all management systems, including quality and food safety management systems.
• Report on the status of the quality levels of staff, systems, and production activities.
