The Role:
We are seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Field Sales Team Leader to convert potential clients into successful loan applicants. This position reports to Numida’s Marketing Manager and requires someone highly energetic, performance-driven, and organized.

Role Description:
As the Field Sales Team Leader at Numida, you will oversee Sales and Marketing Interns, providing guidance and support to ensure successful client conversion and achievement of sales targets. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy forward.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales and Marketing Interns, providing training, coaching, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote Numida’s offerings.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics, monitoring progress and providing feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to optimize customer acquisition.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within Numida.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Marketing Manager on team performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of previous sales or customer-facing role experience.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in computer and mobile technology.
  • Fluency in English and Luganda, Lusoga is an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy.
