Job Title: AHU Operator

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate all HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system equipment as well as service floor equipment according to standard procedures.
- Record operating parameters as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Monitor all HVAC equipment to identify and repair any potential problems.
- Maintain cleanliness of the system and surrounding area.
- Respond to alarms promptly, correct issues, and document actions as per SOP.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Attend breakdowns of HVAC systems and other equipment located at the service floor.
- Routinely inspect ducts for leaks and pipelines for water and air leaks.
- Clean and replace filters as needed.
- Adjust HVAC control parameters such as humidity, temperature, and differential pressure.
- Provide daily reports on operational activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in refrigeration, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or a relevant field.
- Proven history of effective supply management.
- Ability to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs.
