As we continue to expand our market presence and elevate our digital footprint, we are searching for a skilled, experienced, and motivated Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management:
- Strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email, and display advertising.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Social Media Management:
- Devise and implement social media strategies to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
- Curate and manage all published content across social platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct thorough data analytics to assess the efficacy and impact of social media strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- SEO and Website Optimization:
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and rankings.
- Liaise with the web development team to ensure optimal user experience and conversion rates.
- Content Creation:
- Generate compelling and creative content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to produce visually captivating marketing materials.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. CIM Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, social media, and SEO.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
