Job Title: Economist/Planning Officer
Organization: Uganda Wildlife Research & Training Institute (UWRTI)
Work Place: Kampala
Key responsibilities:
- To assist in the preparation of annual work plans and budget estimates.
- To assist in the analysis of budget performance for the vote.
- To assist in the preparation of the budget monitoring reports.
- To assist in the preparation of government performance reports.
- To assist in the preparation and implementation of departmental work plans.
- To assist in the collection and sorting of data in economic analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or any other related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience of not less than four (2 years) in a relevant field in a reputable organization.
- Be a citizen of Uganda with a valid national identity card.
- Age: not more than 45
