Job Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and healthy working environment

• Comply with safety, health and environmental procedures and legislation
•  Maintain safety and housekeeping standards

Install, Maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices

•  Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation systems
• Plan and prepare the job
•  Carry out repairs or maintenance
• Continuously improve (optimise) plant, process equipment and systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years experience in an FMCG factory.
• Good knowledge of production processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems e.g. COSWIN.
• Influencing ability with regard to sound maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of PLC and Siemens is added an advantage.
