Roles and responsibilities:

• The Leadership Training Programme (LTP) is our graduate development initiative that offers talented graduates the opportunity to learn and practice healthcare supply chain management at Medical Access and related affiliates.
• The Programme is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders.
• Successful candidates will get an opportunity to train in areas including Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Administration, Database Management and programming, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Grants and Finance Management.

Minimum qualifications:

• The competition for places in our graduate program is strong, so applicants need to demonstrate a history of academic excellence.
• We are looking for graduates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Social Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Office Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Laboratory Technology, Clinical Medicine, Orthopedic Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Cytotechnology.
• Interested candidates should have graduated either within the last two years or just finished university.
