• Investigate and define requirements for business processes.
• Analyses business processes to determine problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Works closely with systems analysts and customers to design and implement solutions.
• Conducts tests for system related changes.
•  Facilitate end-user trainings.
• Document requirements including data modelling, process flows and report layouts.

Minimum qualifications:

• Honours Degree (Hons): Information Technology (Required)
• Business Processes, Data Modeling, Design, End Users, Facilitation, Process Flow
