Job Summary:
This is a key management role reporting to the Head of Data & Insights. The role holder will be the first port of call for our internal stakeholders in relation to all their Business as usual and new direct communication-based requests, leading the day-to-day allocation and management of workload across the team and responsible for increasing the value-add from data and digital within implementation of supporter engagement communications
Minimum Qualifications
- You will have the ability to collaborate and act as an advisor to a range of stakeholders on data and digital related opportunities, supported by experience of working with email or CRM systems (e.g. Mailchimp, Dotdigital, Adestra, Raiser’s Edge, BlueVenn Engage, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Unica, SAS MA, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
