Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day support activities for Finacle,TBMS,MOBY.Ensure stability of the core banking system
- To uphold confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Information Technology environment.
- Performs troubleshooting and provision of solutions to internal customers as required
- Support Daily EOD Processing on Finacle and its Peripheral products
- Raise changes with the developers based on business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in computer Technology/Science or a related field.
- Extensive general technical knowledge of information technology infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge in managing relational databases (Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency in oracle sql language
- Finacle core administration skills
Personal competencies:
- Good knowledge on the AIX unix environment
- Programing skills is an added advantage
- Demonstrable good track record and integrity.
- Good understanding of the current state and strategic direction of IT Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the business climate and technology needs in the global enterprise.
