Job Summary:
Roles and responsibilities:

Work with local teams to solve some of the toughest problems facing e-commerce today – long delivery times, infrastructure issues, etc.

Provide analytical support to local teams on challenges with store and restaurant performance and offer creative, high-impact solutions to tackle them
-
Manage projects end-to-end and track their impact – always proactively looking for ways to improve
-
Lead the implementation of processes to guarantee Partners operational excellence across cities and assess their impact
-
Improve customer experience by reducing preparation and delivery time
-
Own dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
-
Understand local and regional business needs, and put yourself in the shoes of the Partners – understand who they are
-
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
Qualifications
-
Bachelor in Engineering, Math or any technological domain
-
Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
-
Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
-
Excel proficiency
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
-
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
-
Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
- SQL knowledge would be a plus
-
