Job Summary:

To manage the operations / sales of the branches and satellite offices and ensure that set targets both in production, number of direct sales forces and credit control for independent agents and direct clients are achieved.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • To collect feedback/data/knowledge of largely uninsured market on their needs in products and product delivery requirements as a basis of developing relevant solutions to reach different markets.
  • To develop new innovative insurance solutions to satisfy the currently uninsured market.
  • To develop and deploy relevant business arms and effective alternative product delivery mechanism to reach the uninsured market or reach currently insured markets in more effective and convenient ways.
  • To grow the alternative business lines at rates greater than existing business lines.
  • To deliver target business performance in terms of revenue, profits and assets creation.
  • To develop and train an alternative sales distribution network for the target products.
  • Communicate with existing partners/ clients on new products and services offerings.
  • Develop rewards program to motivate the direct sales force to achieve projected sales.
  • To implement company credit policies through collecting premium.
  • To supervise and manage Branch Managers/ Team sales leaders to meet set objectives and business targets in order to meet the expectations of both shareholders and customers.
  • To set targets for Branch managers both for renewal and new business and monitor performance on a monthly basis to ensure volume targets are met.
  • Participate in mentorship and growth of your respective reports.
  • To review and update annual performance contracts for the financial advisors.
  • To drive active recruitment and training of financial advisors.
  • To ensure 100% compliance with IRA requirements in all aspects of Agency operations.
  • To ensure strict compliance to the Company Code of Conduct by all Financial Advisors

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Of Business Administration Honours: Marketing And Business Management
