Galaxy International School Uganda (GISU) is a co-educational school located in Lubowa, the school provides international education to students between 2 and 19 years of age. From kindergarten to year 13 students are taught using student-centered methods. Emphasis is on the development of the whole person by producing creative, self-reliant, respectful and moral individuals who will build a better world for us all.

Job Summary:

Galaxy International School Uganda (GISU) is looking for an applicant to fill in the School Counsellor position for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing counselling face to face or online
• Working with students
• Keeping confidential records
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with students
• Listening to students’ concerns, empathising with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way

Minimum Qualifications:

• All candidates should hold their relevant qualifications
