Roles and responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries about MelBet and product education
- Communicating with customers through various channels (Phone calls, SMS and Whats App)
- Acknowledging and receiving customer complaints then share with the General Support Team
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions from customers
- Making out bound and retention calls
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing feedback from MelBet customers using the site and other services
- Managing a team of junior representatives used in activations and field activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Ability to work nightshifts
Minimum Qualifications:
- The applicant should hold relevant qualifications
- Ability to speak and communicate in more than one language. Preferably, English and one local language
