I have applied for more than 20 opportunities and I meet almost all the requirements that they need but never been even contacted. Why , I am I over qualified?
Possibly. But remember IRC jobs are extremely competitive and low entry which is a disadvantage for many applicants. Some times they receive over 500 applications and yet they only need one.
So, maybe you might be safe to apply for more experienced opportunities because they have less competition.
