Job Summary:

The Front Desk Officer will manage their front offices and perform a variety of office administration tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in office management, nursing, public relations. hospitality, secretarial studies, communication, business administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet navigation, email and social media.
• Two years of experience as a front office staff in the hospital, medical, hospitality or service sector.
• Customer service oriented person
• Must possess a pleasant, outgoing and warm personality
• Very friendly and likes talking and helping people
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
• Desire to grow a career in customer service
