Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Makerere University Jobs

Terms: Four (4) year contract
Reports to: Head of Unit
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain electronic and manual records at Unit
2. Manage support staff matters.
3. Manage assets of the Unit.
4. Handle logistics within the Unit.
5. Provide Secretarial services to various committees in the Unit as may be assigned.
6. Perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Honors Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institution.
- Applicants should preferably not exceed 40 years of age at the time of application.
Skills and Competencies
1. Out-put oriented work habits.
2. Good Interpersonal and Communication.
3. Organizational skills.
4. Willingness to learn.
5. Must be computer literate.
