Job Summary
Oxfam Uganda Jobs: The Administrative Assistant will support the logistics operations of the company. The Administrative Assistant will primarily support the logistics operations with a particular focus on fleet, procurement and adequate stewardship of agency resources (Assets); implement and document Oxfam standard procedures and practices of purchasing, and promote accountability of resources and, facilitate provision of HR, administrative and other support services.
About Program:
Currently, Oxfam is implementing a humanitarian response to address the humanitarianneeds of South Sudanese refugees hosted in West Nile sub-region. Oxfam’s areas of intervention include WASH, Emergency Food Security and Vulnerable Livelihoods (EFSVL), Gender and Protection. Oxfam works with local partners as a strategy for building humanitarian preparedness and response capacity within the organisations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for the Oxfam Administrative Assistant job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous exposure and experience preferably with a non-profit organization
