Role Overview
The Property Consultant will be responsible for showcasing and selling Vaal Real Estate properties, building client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:
- Showcase available properties to potential clients and develop strong relationships to meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain a client base through calls, site visits, email correspondence, and presentations.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and follow up on potential clients, close sales, and maintain quality relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and arrange site visits to convert leads into sales.
- Attend exhibitions to meet clients and promote company properties.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and maintain customer intimacy through frequent interactions.
- Market Research and Reporting:
- Research property trends and analyze sales data for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, correspondence, and property documents.
- Use the company’s CRM system to record relevant data and follow-up tasks daily.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Contribute to refining sales processes and reporting systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate consultancy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
