Position Overview
We are seeking 30 proactive individuals to join our team as Branch Sales Personnel. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer care and communication skills, contributing to exceeding sales targets and ensuring smooth branch operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly sales targets.
- Lead marketing activities at the branch.
- Manage branch assets, including vehicles, furniture, and office equipment.
- Handle petty cash and prepare daily utilization reports.
- Issue receipts to clients.
- Supervise branch staff and report issues to HR.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by gathering feedback and addressing complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of branch vehicles; report repairs to the Fleet Manager.
- Monitor fuel usage and reconcile records with lesson counts.
- Ensure timely payment of branch bills in liaison with the Head of Finance.
- Track student time logs and reconcile with instructors’ records.
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Manage client documentation and ensure delivery to the appropriate recipients.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Maintain an updated stock register of sales items (e.g., highway code books, permits).
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, or any business-related field.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
