Job Summary

We are looking for 12 highly motivated and experienced Senior Salespeople to join our growing team across various locations. The role involves driving sales, fostering client relationships, and mentoring junior sales staff to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute strategies to meet company sales targets.
    • Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain consistent sales activity.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Establish and sustain long-term client relationships.
    • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  3. Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
    • Qualify leads and convert them into loyal customers.
  4. Sales Presentations & Negotiations
    • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and negotiate pricing effectively.
  5. Team Leadership & Mentorship
    • Guide and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their performance.
  6. Sales Reporting
    • Monitor individual and team sales targets.
    • Provide regular progress updates to management.
  7. Market Analysis & Feedback
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Share market insights to improve product and service offerings.
  8. Customer Service
    • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Additional certifications in sales or business development are advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel.
  • Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
