Job Overview:
MOGAS is hiring a Retail Sales Executive to drive sales performance through market research, customer relationship management, and strategic business activities in the assigned region. This role involves ensuring target achievements, enhancing retail and non-fuel revenue, and building strong, customer-focused teams at MOGAS stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, explore opportunities, and support volume and profit targets in the assigned region.
- Price Surveys: Perform accurate price surveys for retail and commercial clients.
- Sales and Operations Planning: Develop and coordinate business activities for all assigned retail stations to meet set targets.
- Product Monitoring: Ensure no product dumping by dealers through continuous spot checks and stock monitoring.
- Revenue Growth: Grow and maintain profitable Non-Fuel Income Businesses at stations within the region.
- Team Development: Train, support, and empower dealers, station managers, and staff to create a customer-oriented team.
- Relationship Management: Maintain key customer relationships at assigned MOGAS stations and with independent partners.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance for MOGAS stations and independent entities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a sales-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or sales role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with a proactive approach.
- Capacity to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills and professional skepticism.
- Preferred: Experience in the oil and gas sector.
